Online Entries Open – Tuesday, July 1, 2024 at p.m. EST.
Deadline for Online Entries – Extended to Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Jurors in Session – Friday, August 16, 2024 - Monday, August 19, 2024.
Email Notifications Sent – Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
Work must arrive at the gallery by – Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Dates of Exhibition – September 27, 2024 – December 5, 2024.
Opening Reception date – Friday, September 27, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Exhibition closes – Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 5 p.m.
Work must be picked up at Wasmer Gallery on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Artworks must arrive ready for installation. All 2D works must be
properly matted, backed, under glass or plexiglass, framed, and
wired for installation (PLEASE NO SAW TOOTH HANGERS.) Paintings on canvas
must be appropriately presented: framed or painted on the outside edges
of “museum-wrapped” canvas, ready to hang with screw eyes and wires.
Pieces should meet the professional standards of the gallery. The
Gallery Director reserves the right to disqualify any work that is
different from the submitted image including artworks that are a
different size than stated on the application, artworks that do not show
the quality represented by the submitted image, and artworks that
arrive damaged. Work not properly presented will not be exhibited.
Accepted work must remain in the exhibition and may not be removed for
any reason before the close of the show on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at
5 p.m. By submitting works for this exhibition, you agree to the above
terms and conditions of this prospectus.
