Call for Art

Open to all Ohio art therapists and current Ohio art therapy students.

Each artist may submit two entries. Entries will be accepted online only. Registration required.

Prizes will be awarded!

$250 - 1^st prize

$175 - 2^nd prize

$100 - 3^rd prize

$ 50 – Honorable Mention

Jurors to be announced.

Gallery space is limited to 40 works or less, depending on the sizes. There are pedestals with clear plexiglass tops to show jewelry, ceramics, sculpture and small, delicate works.

SUBMISSIONS OPEN online on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 4 p.m. EST
SUBMISSIONS CLOSE promptly online on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST

Email notifications of accepted and rejected entries sent to artists on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024 

At delivery, artwork must arrive professionally finished, presented and ready for installation. All 2D works must be properly matted, backed, under glass or plexiglass, framed, and wired on the back for the installer to hang. Framed, work should be clean, dust, warp, and wrinkle-free. (PLEASE NO SAW TOOTH HANGERS.) Paintings on canvas must be appropriately presented: framed or painted on the outside edges of “museum-wrapped” canvas, ready to hang with screw eyes and wires. Pieces should meet the professional standards of the gallery. The Gallery Director reserves the right to disqualify any work different from the submitted image including artworks that are a different size than stated on the application, artworks that do not show the quality represented by the submitted image, and artworks that arrive damaged. Work not properly presented will not be exhibited.
